					  <title><![CDATA[Qwest Leadership Challenge]]></title>

					  <description><![CDATA[High schools state-wide are encouraged to nominate a male and female varsity basketball player to compete in the Qwest Leadership Challenge. Upon completion of 30 volunteer hours for a nonprofit or educational organization, each participant&#8217;s school will receive a check from Qwest and the Phoenix Suns for $250 to be donated to its nonprofit organization of choice. In addition, two student-athletes will be chosen to receive $5,000 scholarships from Qwest and the Phoenix Suns as recognition for the outstanding achievements within their communities.High school basketball students throughout Arizona can sign up for the program by contacting their coaches or Devney Preuss, Phoenix Suns Partnership Activation Specialist, at (602) 379-7987 or dpreuss@suns.com. The deadline for submissions has been extended to Dec. 15. so get your entries in today. ]]></description>
